Today you deliver: export your mixed episode as both a video and audio master, package it with real branding, and close the project out the way a professional production team would, with an honest look back at how the work actually went.

Project Briefing (~10 min)

Delivery isn’t just “finish the edit.” It’s exporting the RIGHT file types and building key art that meets real platform specs. Get either wrong and the episode isn’t actually deliverable.

Review master export settings and key art specs together before groups begin.

Project Work Time (~23 min)

Master Export Settings

Export two master versions. One for video platforms, one for audio-only platforms:

Key Art

Build two pieces of branded artwork:

• Album Artwork: 2400×2400 px, PNG, must include the podcast title and high-contrast imagery.
• YouTube Thumbnail: 1920×1080 px, PNG, readable at a small size. Bold text, expressive visuals.

• Access: link set to “Anyone with the link can view”

Share file from Google Drive and Submit Assignment

In Google Drive

1. Find your file in Google Drive.
2. Right click on the file and select share.
3. Adjust the sharing General Access to Christina School District.
4. Click the Copy Link Button.

In Schoology

1. Click Submit Assignment.
2. Go to the Create tab.
3. Insert Inline Link.
   • Paste the link to the Google Drive file in the Link/URL field.
   • In the Text to Display field, paste the Google Drive file.
4. Submit the Assignment.

Verify your submission: click your own link after submitting to confirm it opens for viewers. A link your teacher can’t open is a missing assignment.

GMetrix/BrainBuffet (~30 min)

Finish Module 3, including its module-completion checkpoint, due this unit.

Reflect, Evaluate & Submit (~5 min)

Create a copy of the Group Project Evaluation Form and complete it individually:

1. Self-Reflection: growth, contribution, professionalism, what went as planned, what you’d change.
2. Peer Evaluation: score every group member (1-5) on Ideation, Openness, Cooperation, Time Management, Technical Skill, and Resilience. Any score of 1 requires a written explanation.
3. Submit individually: every member submits their own copy, even if one person did the final export.
